How do I purchase my plan?
When you’re ready to purchase Easy1 Daycare, simply after your 30 days trial. Click on the “Buy Now” button in the trial or contact our sales representative.
Can I cancel my Account at any time?
Yes. If at any time you decide that Easy1 Daycare is no longer the best fit for you, notify our team and we will cancel your account.
How much are the payment processing fees?
There are no monthly or hidden fees to worry about. We use Stripe as our merchant and the fees charged are between you and Stripe. But you can use and sent reminders to parents to get Interac Transfer payment free of charge using Easy1 settings.
Will my data be safe?
Easy1 Daycare is committed to the security of our children and customers’ data. We built a system with multiple layers of security to protect all of your data.
Am I limited to the amount of kids or should I upgrade my plan, if I have more?
Our commitment to all businesses is to never have to upgrade and pay for what you don’t need. Our model is UNLIMITED FEATURES ONE LOW FEE OF $39.99
